This machine is designed for continuous and longitudinal processing of door hinge and threshold lock installation.
It has three sets of double milling heads, each with two milling cutters; a large 2.2 kW milling cutter is for hollowing out hinges and lock slots
2.2 kW mini milling cutter for rounding hinge corners and lock slots
The positioning and movement of the three milling heads are controlled by servo motors.
Door sill length, number and dimensions of hinges, and lock hole location and size can be entered manually or via a barcode reader.
